The Best Cooking Class in Barcelona!

What a great way to spend your day in Barcelona!! Carlos was the best ever! His knowledge of cuisine and culture of Spain was enlightening. We learned so much. The market tour was a must see. Don’t miss this part! Carlos was not rushed, took time to explain it all and answer all questions. While some cooking classes are shorter, take the time for this class if you want to learn! The relaxed atmosphere and the class space are perfect. The food and (abundant!)wine was superb. I am a professional chef in the US. This class is a must for all! We are ready to cook a full Catalonian meal. Thank you Carlos for an experience we will always remember♥️

This is a MUST do while in Barcelona! Our chef, Rosa was amazing!! From the trip to the market (which gave some great pointers on navigating it), to cooking the meal, then plating it, and finally eating what you prepare, the entire experience was engaging and fun. I highly recommend.

Outstanding Way to Learn Culture through Cooking

Rosa, our chef, is extraordinary! She was able to bring her personality into our culinary effort and balance this with her expertise. The group had fun and we learned a great deal walking through the open market and cooking together. I couldnt believe how delicious everything tasted!

A Must-Do Experience

If you're in Barcelona for more than a day or two, this is a must-do experience. You'll meet at the kitchen, take a short stroll (optional) to La Boqueria (one of the oldest markets in Barcelona) to pick up ingredients and then head back to the kitchen for a first class cooking experience. We opted to learn to make paella and the chef paired it with some traditional pan y tomate (tomato bread), a wonderful soup and excellent desert - all while actually teaching us his methods from his global perspective.

I cannot recommend this experience highly enough - I'd even do it again!

This was a very fun course. It included a market visit with the Chef, who was very knowledgeable and willing to share this information with the class. The classroom was nicely organized so there was plenty of room and everything was professional and very clean. The chef made the cooking look easy and made it fun for everyone.
